Terms of use

These terms govern use of the EUDR Data Readiness Analyzer, a paid self-service software tool for coffee supply-chain data analysis. By uploading a file or paying the one-time fee you agree to these terms.

The service

We analyse CSV/XLSX files you upload and produce a data-readiness report against a published rules pack (currently eudr-2023-1115-as-amended-2025-12). The fee is €149 one-time per analysis. There is no subscription. Payment is collected by Lemon Squeezy. The full report is unlocked only after a verified webhook — visiting a success URL is not sufficient.

No legal service

The product is software, not legal advice, not certification, and not an audit. It does not determine whether you are an operator, downstream operator or trader. It does not certify deforestation-free or legal production. You remain responsible for due diligence and filings in the EU Information System.

Acceptable use

Upload only files you are entitled to process. Do not upload consumer personal data, credentials, or files for commodities other than coffee if you expect a coffee-specific analysis. Do not attempt to probe other customers’ analyses. We may refuse files that cannot be meaningfully analysed; in that case no payment is offered.

Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory German/EU B2B law, we are not liable for regulatory outcomes, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of the report. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected. The service is provided as an informational operational tool.

Governing law

These terms are intended for professional customers in Germany and the EU. Governing law and venue should be completed by the product owner before public launch (typically German law, venue at the operator’s seat).
